1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Thrida 3D's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

2. Services

Thrida 3D provides professional 3D printing services including rapid prototyping, production printing, custom finishing, and related services. All services are subject to availability, technical feasibility, and our review of submitted design files.

We reserve the right to refuse orders that we deem unsuitable, offensive, or in violation of applicable laws.

3. Orders and pricing

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Quotes generated on our platform are estimates and may be revised upon manual review of complex files.
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
• Bulk and B2B orders are subject to separate pricing agreements.

4. Design files and intellectual property

By uploading design files to our platform, you confirm that:

• You are the rightful owner of the design or have the legal right to reproduce it.
• The design does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
• The design does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Thrida 3D accepts no liability for copyright infringement resulting from printing customer-supplied designs. You indemnify us against any claims arising from your design files.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use our services to print:

• Weapons, weapon components, or items designed to cause harm.
• Counterfeit products or replicas of branded goods.
• Items that violate any local, state, or national laws.
• Obscene or offensive material.

Violation of this section may result in immediate cancellation of your order without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Cancellations and refunds

• Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.
• Once printing has commenced, cancellations are not accepted.
• Refunds are issued for defective or incorrect prints, subject to our review.
• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrida 3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Warranty disclaimer

Our services are provided . While we take every measure to ensure quality, 3D printing involves inherent variability. We do not guarantee that printed parts will be fit for any particular purpose beyond the specifications agreed upon at order placement.

9. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
