1. Order processing time

All orders are processed after full payment confirmation. Processing includes file validation, print queue scheduling, printing, and quality inspection before dispatch.

  • Standard orders — processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • Express orders — processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (additional charges apply).
  • Bulk / B2B orders — timelines confirmed at order placement based on volume and complexity.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Shipping coverage

We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Remote or restricted areas may experience longer delivery times or additional handling charges. You will be notified before order confirmation if your location falls under this category.

4. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and carrier link. You can also track your order anytime from the Thrida 3D Console.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

5. Packaging

All printed parts are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. We use:

  • Bubble wrap and foam padding for fragile or detailed prints.
  • Rigid boxes for structural parts and multi-piece orders.
  • Sealed poly bags for moisture-sensitive materials like Nylon.

For large or multi-part orders, items may be shipped in multiple packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.

6. Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Photograph the damaged packaging and parts immediately upon receipt.
  • Contact us at support@thrida3d.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and photos in the email.

For lost shipments, please contact us if your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate a carrier investigation and arrange a reprint or refund as appropriate.

7. Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Thrida 3D is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes can be requested within 1 hour of order placement by contacting our support team.
